transforming wounds into sources of resilience
When it comes to processing emotions and experiences that hurt us or leave us feeling stuck, counselling can be truly transformative. As we develop new ways of responding instead of reacting, we discover possibilities and outcomes that may have seemed impossible.
Welcome — I'm Glad You're Here
You might be here because something in your life feels overwhelming, painful, or confusing. Maybe you’ve been navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficult transitions. Or perhaps you’re simply feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that you don’t have to face it alone.
Counselling can be a space to slow down, gain insight, and find new ways of relating to your experiences. I offer a warm, supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore whatever’s on your mind and heart.
My approach integrates both brain-based and body-based (somatic) tools. I believe true healing involves not just thinking differently, but feeling differently in your body and your nervous system. Together, we’ll work in a way that’s grounded, compassionate, and aligned with your unique needs.
I’m trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps people process trauma and distress without needing to talk through every detail. ART can be especially helpful for anxiety, PTSD, and past experiences that feel “stuck,” and I’ve found it particularly supportive for neurodivergent individuals.
If you’re feeling ready — or even just curious — about what healing could look like for you, I’d be honoured to support you. You're not alone. Together, we can work toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and hopeful.

mental health is frequently impacted by car accidents, with increases in symptoms of depression, anxiety, and even PTSD - especially when there has been previous unresolved trauma.
mental health also impacts recovery post-accident, so strategies to regulate your nervous system and develop a resilient mindset enable more efficient healing.
we LOVE helping people reclaim their potential post-accident!
